Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work influences how AI systems improve and perform in real-world contexts, on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong attention to detail, capable of precise explanations, and comfortable deciding when options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of your observations.
