Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media, and explain what’s off in writing. This freelance role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve in real-world use.

Contributors earn up to $15 per hour with incentives and weekly payments via multiple platforms. No fixed hours and work from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues.
