Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and compensation up to $15/hr, with weekly payments through ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

Contributors review outputs for realism, adherence to prompts, and overall quality, providing written explanations that help improve AI systems in real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to look and listen closely, replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Desire to explain and justify judgments with concise, evidence-based reasoning.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging which one follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Writing a clear, evidence-based explanation in English describing what was observed.
