Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your schedule. Your work shapes how advanced AI systems learn and perform in real-world scenarios.

Earn up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments and incentives. Candidates from multiple countries, including the United States, are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
