Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Your evaluations help improve AI reasoning and real-world performance.

We offer fully remote work, flexible hours, and pay up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments. Additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
