Job summary

Outlier invites detail-minded English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Your analyses help improve AI systems in real-world tasks. Responsibilities include evaluating image/video quality, writing concise explanations, and rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfort with natural everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English of what was observed.
