Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each interaction, and explain in writing what looked off, helping shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve.

Work is remote with flexible hours. Applicants from the United States and other supported countries can join and earn according to project requirements, with weekly payments and additional incentives

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to identify issues like distorted visuals or audio mismatches.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing what was observed.
