Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score responses, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each one sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs to judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation detailing what you observed.
