Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, comparing outputs to prompts, and providing evidence-based explanations. This is a remote, flexible-hours contract with earnings up to $15 per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and everyday conversational accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
