Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

You’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, provide concise evidence-based explanations, and work on flexible hours from home or while traveling. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation detailing what was observed.
