Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a fully remote setup. You will monitor live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in written form. Earn up to $15 per hour with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Responsibilities include ranking output quality, spotting issues, and providing concise explanations to help improve AI systems. Open to applicants worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing an English explanation.
