Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Autonomous Coding Quality and Optimization Analyst to join its healthcare technology team. The role focuses on evaluating autonomous coding performance, identifying opportunities to increase automation across healthcare workflows, and surfacing risks for mitigation.

You will analyze results against benchmarks, collaborate with clinical, technical, and customer-facing partners, and translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Must have 8+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics or informatics experience or 12+ years with HS diploma
  • Active facility coding certification (CCS, COC, RHIA, or RHIT)
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems and healthcare automation technologies
  • Proven ability to analyze coding and operational performance data to identify trends and risks
  • Strong collaboration across technical, clinical, and customer-facing teams

Responsibilities

  • Analyze autonomous coding outputs against benchmarks to evaluate performance metrics
  • Identify clinical scenarios and workflows suitable for increased automation
  • Detect systemic AI errors and compliance concerns requiring escalation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations

Job description

For our client, we are seeking an Autonomous Coding Quality and Optimization Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on evaluating autonomous coding performance and identifying opportunities to improve automation across healthcare workflows. You will analyze results against benchmarks, surface risks, and help ensure coding quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness. The position requires close collaboration with clinical, technical, and customer-facing partners to turn data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,200 – $196,900 annually
