Solventum is seeking an Autonomous Coding Quality and Optimization Analyst to evaluate autonomous coding performance and identify opportunities to improve automation outcomes while ensuring quality and compliance. You will work with data science, engineering, coding, and compliance teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role focuses on analyzing trends, managing risk, and delivering measurable operational impact as Solventum scales its AI-enabled coding capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight years coding/revenue cycle experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma with twelve years healthcare experience.
• Active facility coding certification such as CCS, COC, RHIA, or RHIT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze autonomous coding outputs against benchmarks to evaluate performance.
• Identify scenarios ready for increased automation scale and share insights.
• Detect AI errors, compliance concerns, coding variation, and data anomalies.
• Collaborate across teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present insights, ROI, risks, and customer impact to leadership and stakeholders.
