Job summary

Adaptive is hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding, configure AI-powered agents, and drive ongoing value for construction accounting customers. You will map client workflows to agent roles, guide integrations with PM/ERP systems, and work hands-on with agents daily to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using LLMs as a working instrument and building AI agents.
• 3+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Onboarding, or Enablement.
• Proven track record in retention and expansion revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls, setup agents, and map workflows to agents.
• Serve as day-to-day technical advisor and conduct business reviews.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive expansion within accounts.
• Troubleshoot agent behavior and integrations with customers and engineers.
• Develop scalable success playbooks and dashboards to monitor health.
