Job summary

BuildMatix is seeking an AI Automation & Solutions Engineer to translate real business processes into AI employees, automated workflows, integrations and intelligent operating systems. You will meet with stakeholders, map workflows and identify automation opportunities to turn ideas into working prototypes.

The role emphasizes designing AI-enabled processes, configuring integrations, building workflow automations and supporting deployment with engineering teams across US-based operations.

Qualifications

Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows.
Experience with workflow automation projects.
Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
Understanding of AI applications and practical deployment.
Technical problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
