Job summary

OL-USA LLC is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to drive AI and workflow automation across our US operations. You will partner with IT leadership and business teams to identify opportunities and design scalable, compliant solutions using Power Automate and Microsoft 365.

The role emphasizes deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement, with a focus on security, privacy, and governance. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in workflow automation, business systems, process improvement, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Power Automate solutions or similar platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, connectors, authentication concepts, and business-system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and drive projects through completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and process improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives from requirements through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Build and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate and 365 apps.
• Apply generative AI to business processes including document processing, data extraction, and classification.
• Design reliable, scalable solutions with approvals, controls, notifications, error handling, and recovery.
• Support integrations using APIs, connectors, webhooks, JSON, and related technologies.
• Evaluate AI/automation tools for functionality, security, privacy, compliance, and ROI.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Monitor performance, adoption, cost savings, and outcomes; recommend improvements.
• Create process docs, SOPs, testing records, training materials, and user support content.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners; maintain ownership of outcomes.
• Provide leadership with status updates, risks, recommendations, and results.
