The candidate will spend ~60% gathering requirements and mapping workflows and ~40% delivering tools that drive efficiency, with hours aligned to East Coast business times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping software solutions with Python/SQL/AI tools.
• 2+ years of business analysis or requirements scoping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience automating workflows using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, RPA or low-code tools.
• Passion for applying AI/automation to operational problems.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to map workflows and identify pain points.
• Define functional and technical requirements for IT and business stakeholders.
• Investigate problems from process, data, compliance, UX, and technical angles.
• Scope and build AI solutions using Python, SQL, and automation tools.
• Ensure security, privacy, and HIPAA considerations in tools and data.
• Deploy AI tools in production with adoption and impact metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to scale patterns.
