Job summary

BuildMatix is hiring a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and build AI employees, orchestrate agent handoffs, and ensure production-grade reliability across our AI-powered workflows. This is a remote role within the United States, with collaboration across product and software teams.

You will design AI-agent architectures, implement memory and context strategies, and establish permission boundaries for safe, scalable AI orchestration.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background.
• Experience building production LLM/AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• API development and integration experience.
