Qualifications

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflow automations within 90-day sprints.
• Develop integrations between Wiley's systems (SharePoint, Teams, CRM) and AI capabilities.
• Create rapid prototypes and MVPs to validate approaches with business teams.
• Document solutions and hand off to operations for ongoing maintenance.
