Job summary

Youraidept is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to own the full lifecycle of complex automation projects in a remote-friendly setup. You will design, build, deploy, and validate production AI systems that connect disparate data sources and drive measurable ROI for mid-market and enterprise clients.

You will work with Python/TypeScript/Go, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and modern CI/CD pipelines to ship resilient systems that require minimal human supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software and at least 2 years with LLMs or agent frameworks in production
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and knowing when to use each
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building data pipelines and integrations across messy enterprise systems (ERP, CRM)
• Comfort communicating with non-technical executives and translating tech to business value
• Bias toward shipping and delivering practical AI systems

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade AI systems and autonomous workflows that replace manual processes
• Decompose complex enterprise workflows into automatable units and agents
• Create pipelines that stitch data from multiple sources for end-to-end AI reasoning
• Architect systems with vendor-neutral, future-proof standards
• Deliver production deployments that run without day-to-day human intervention
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to explain ROI and business impact
