Job summary

WTW is seeking a remote Communications AI & Automation Specialist to translate roadmaps into practical workflows that cut manual effort. You’ll work with leadership across corporate comms and IT to diagnose friction, design seamless processes, and deploy AI-enabled tools across the Microsoft 365 stack.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, adoption training, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and experience with AI in comms are required.

Qualifications

• Strong combined knowledge of internal/external communications and change management.
• Proven experience implementing AI/automation solutions for communications teams.
• Fluency in how AI reshapes communications with AI-enabled tools.
• Working knowledge of the communication tech stack and ability to assess capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into developer-ready requirements.
• Strong data-driven mindset with metrics to measure impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with multi-location prioritization.
• Experience designing adoption materials and training content.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI/automation roadmap into practical workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities across internal and external communications and related areas.
• Partner with leaders, IT, and vendors to diagnose friction and design seamless approaches.
• Assess AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, and more to improve planning.
• Collaborate with Shared AI Solutions Developer to translate requirements into solutions.
• Share learnings with AI/Automation Manager to maintain consistency.
• Help leaders use data and trend analysis to improve communication effectiveness.
• Develop adoption guidance, playbooks, and training materials.
• Champion innovative approaches to communication and change management.
• Measure success and report progress to senior leadership.
