Job summary

WTW is seeking a hands-on professional to embed AI and automation in Corporate Communication, turning AI roadmaps into practical workflows that improve speed, quality and impact. You will partner with IT, Corporate Responsibility, and external vendors to diagnose friction and implement scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical requirements, building adoption materials, and driving data-driven decision-making across geographies and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication knowledge across internal/external channels.
• Proven experience implementing AI and automation for communications.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools like Copilot to improve quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with the communication technology landscape (Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Poppulo, Cision, Watershed, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for a technical developer to build against.
• Strong analytical mindset using data and metrics to measure impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building without formal authority.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate the AI/automation roadmap into practical, adopted workflows.
• Identify and prioritize workflow improvements for internal/external communications and governance.
• Partner with leaders and IT to diagnose friction and design seamless ways of working.
• Assess AI/automation capabilities across the stack to reduce duplication and improve self-service.
• Collaborate with the Shared AI Solutions Developer to translate requirements into implementable solutions.
• Share learnings with the AI Manager to ensure consistency across Marketing & Communications.
• Help leaders use data and insights to improve communication effectiveness and planning.
• Develop guidance, playbooks, and training materials to drive adoption.
