Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions. You will lead a small team of AI Engineers and coordinate with UX, front-end, and SME contributors to create enterprise-wide AI impacts.

The role requires end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments, governance, and alignment with K12 objectives, reporting to executives and collaborating with Product, Engineering, IT, and Data Stewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models—NLP and recommender systems—using Python and ML libraries.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to build scalable, secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Drives conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models across product lines.
• Directly supervises 1-3 AI Engineers and oversees project teams.
• Ensures AI governance, privacy, and compliance; collaborates with product and execs.
