Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions across our suite of products. You will lead a small team of AI Engineers, coordinate with UX and SMEs, and drive end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments.

You will oversee model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring governance and data privacy, and you will collaborate with executives to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models, especially NLP and recommender systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-ready ML solutions across product lines.
• Supervise 1–3 AI Engineers; mentor on coding best practices.
• Oversee AI solution design, infra, and deployment using IaC.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT Managers, and Data Stewards.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and compliance of AI initiatives.
• Lead DevOps/MLOps practices and cross-functional collaboration.
