Job summary

Stride, Inc. is looking for an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions across the organization.

You will manage a small team of AI Engineers and occasionally flex with UX, frontend, and subject matter experts to create innovative ML-powered products with enterprise impact. You will lead end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments, mentor engineers, and ensure governance, privacy, and alignment with K12 objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying ML models, especially NLP and recommender systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience with cloud and IaC tools (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 1-3 AI Engineers and flex contributors; mentors on coding best practices.
• Lead end-to-end AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Data Stewards and executives to align AI initiatives with goals.
