Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks an AI Architect to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions. You will lead a small team of AI Engineers, drawing in UX and SME input as needed to build end-to-end ML pipelines in cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models (NLP, recommender systems) across product lines.
• Leverage AWS/Azure, containers, and IaC to create scalable production AI systems.
• Oversee data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring for drift, and continuous improvement.
• Guide product decisions and align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Directly supervise 1–3 AI Engineers and flex contributors on projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, Data Stewards and executives to meet objectives.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance with data regulations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related field
