Job summary

Outlier is offering a fully remote, flexible-hours opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-focused, and comfortable evaluating prompts and outputs. This is a 1099 contract role with incentives and weekly ACH/PayPal/AirTM payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
