Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos to judge prompt fidelity, and explain issues in writing from home on your own schedule.

Paid weekly via ACH/PayPal/AirTM, with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs worth more than $200 per month. This is a remote, contract opportunity across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or desynchronization.
• Write English explanations detailing what was observed and why.
