As part of Outlier's evaluation loop, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. This freelance role pays per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and clear expression.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI outputs and compare images/videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted movement, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
