Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what is off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. Payment is weekly, with rates up to $15/hour plus incentives and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rating how natural and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio and video.
• Providing written explanations in English that point to observed issues and rationale.
