Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced business analyst to elicit and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with product, architecture, and IT teams to craft AI-enabled solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, lead testing efforts with QA/QE, and coordinate stakeholder communications while guiding cross-functional teams to timely, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Experience driving innovative solutions using AI.
• Advanced analytical skills and a track record of driving analysis for new, innovative products.
• Extensive experience guiding cross-functional teams in a high technology company.
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills are required.
• Experience with different requirement gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, stories, use cases).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and reviews; leverage AI-powered tools to extract insights.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement areas and AI opportunities.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specs, user stories, and use cases for IT projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and IT teams to design and validate technology solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts; support QA/QE; automate regression tests where applicable.
• Lead UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution with development teams; ensure timely software releases.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT, sharing progress, risks, and opportunities.
