Optum Insight is seeking a Manager of Analytics Services to lead AI adoption across the Advisory practice and drive predictive analytics initiatives in value-based care. The role focuses on AI-enabled solutions, governance, and scalable analytics assets.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office presence required for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. locations four days a week. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience applying quantitative methods to business problems.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or ML solutions.
• 3+ years of implementing AI-enabled solutions and deploying them in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI adoption strategy for the Advisory practice.
• Lead AI integration across analytics service delivery and value-based care.
• Develop and deploy predictive analytic models and AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure Responsible AI reviews and governance for production deployments.
• Identify emerging AI technologies to create innovative client solutions.
• Translate AI capabilities into scalable analytics products and client-facing solutions.
• Deliver business insights through dashboards, analytics, and AI applications.
