Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an AI Agent Designer to join the AI Strategy team. You will design AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences, partnering with senior leaders to translate business challenges into actionable agentic solutions.

You will create agent blueprints, lead discovery workshops, and map complex processes to identify automation opportunities, aiming for measurable productivity gains and scalable AI implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences across Global Payments.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate challenges into agentic solutions.
• Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics for scalable AI solutions.
• Lead AI discovery workshops and map cross-functional processes for automation and productivity gains.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to shape the company's AI-enabled work vision.
