Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an AI Agent Designer to join our AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences, partner with senior leaders to translate challenges into agentic solutions, and create blueprints, workflows, and success metrics to guide engineering teams in building scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, or related role.

What You'll Own

• Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done across Global Payments.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and define future-state ways of working.
• Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions.
• Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks, helping shape the company's vision for the next generation of AI-enabled work.

What You'll Bring

• 5 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, RAG architectures, or AI product development.
