With 5+ years in analysis or product design, you will drive discovery workshops, map processes, and define success metrics for automation. Role allows primary remote work within the U.S. with occasional on-site meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or related roles.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate into requirements.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences across Global Payments.
• Partner with leaders to identify value, translate challenges into solutions, and define future-state workflows.
• Create agent blueprints, workflows, requirements, and success metrics for scalable AI.
• Lead AI discovery workshops, map processes, uncover automation opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and agent frameworks to shape vision.
