Eloquent AI is building AI Operators—multimodal, autonomous systems that execute complex workflows across tools with human-level precision. We deploy into enterprise environments and partner with leading financial institutions to scope use cases, configure systems, and drive go-lives.

This customer-facing role requires translating business needs into system logic, coordinating across teams, and ensuring our AI-powered workflows deliver real-world value in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solution delivery and technical project management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with LLMs, agent behavior, and prompt engineering.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/AI or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI Operators into enterprise environments.
• Scope use cases with financial institutions and manage configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure successful go-lives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and AI.
