Job summary

Set2recruit LTD is seeking an AI Deployment Lead to manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. You will ensure AI agents perform effectively within regulated environments, balancing regulatory needs with business outcomes.

You will build senior-level relationships, investigate issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to adjust prompts, configurations, and agent logic as required. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a customer-facing technical/implementation/consulting role.
• Experience with large language models, prompt engineering or agent-based workflows.
• Understanding of AI agent operation, context management, and tool usage.
• Ability to read API docs, data pipelines and integration points.
• Comfortable discussing system architecture and troubleshooting with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic enterprise relationships, monitor adoption and renewals.
• Conduct technical investigations with transcripts, logs, and configurations.
• Identify data quality, integration or workflow issues and resolve them.
• Develop and test prompt and logic improvements for changing processes.
• Collaborate with engineers on complex integrations and data pipelines.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing management.
• Set expectations with stakeholders and ensure technical viability.
