Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to join the Enterprise Technology Group's Change Management team. You will drive AI-enabled change across a designated business area, partnering with product managers, AI engineers, and leaders to ensure adoption and alignment with new capabilities.

You will develop change plans, training materials, and communications to prepare leaders and employees, measure adoption outcomes, and share learnings to continuously improve change efforts across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management, organizational change, communications, training, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, software implementation, or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and run change management plans for new AI capabilities, including stakeholder impact assessment and engagement milestones.
• Create practical support materials (job aids, guides, quick-reference resources) for new AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with product owners, AI engineers, and leaders to understand changes and readiness needs.
• Apply structured change, communication and training methodologies to all programs.
• Coach and synchronize partner enablement teams through communications and education efforts.
• Identify change champions and build a network to model adoption.
