Job summary

Blackbaud is expanding how AI agents and copilots support our teams and mission-driven organizations. The AI Platform Technical Lead will guide a small engineer team, set technical direction, and govern agent architecture across multiple platforms, ensuring practical, secure AI implementations for enterprise workflows.

You will mentor teams, evaluate new model releases and vendor capabilities, and translate business needs into actionable platform plans for executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on with LLM APIs and agent frameworks in an enterprise context.
• Experience building prompts and working with multiple LLM APIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded technical partner and team lead for value stream POs.
• Translate business requirements into well-scoped agent specifications.
• Define design standards for operational agents and review designs before production.
• Represent platform in Steering Committee discussions and PI Planning.
