Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AI Literacy & Enablement to lead the strategic vision, implementation, and evolution of the enterprise AI Literacy program. You will drive responsible AI adoption across functions, integrating governance, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement to foster innovation.

The role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Governance, L&D, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align enablement with platform capabilities and business needs, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise learning or enablement programs.
• 5+ years experience in Leadership & Development.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI, governance, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI Literacy strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Establish proficiency frameworks for diverse audiences.
• Build and scale engagement initiatives including communications and playbooks.
• Design multi-modal learning experiences embedding Responsible AI principles.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Governance on Responsible AI standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing on client-facing materials and external presence.
• Track adoption, engagement, and proficiency to improve program effectiveness.
• Support certification pathways and continuing education initiatives.
