Job summary

Elios, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Specialists to ensure AI projects are adopted after deployment. You will work directly with client teams to identify use cases, design how the solution fits daily work, and drive adoption post-launch.

This is a remote US contract role working with enterprise teams across industries. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on full-time contract engagements, owning discovery, workflow design, configuration, training, and ROI measurement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management or technology consulting, solutions consulting, implementation, or enterprise customer success.
• Structured problem solving to turn messy processes into clear plans.
• Data fluency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python a plus.
• Experience with current AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in real work.
• Clear writing and presenting to executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to map workflows and pick high-payoff use cases.
• Translate discussions into engineering-ready requirements.
• Configure and test AI tools and workflows, including prompts.
• Train end users and build internal champions to ensure adoption.
• Track adoption and ROI with real data for leadership storytelling.
• Serve as the client's day-to-day contact on scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Capture feedback for engineers to refine next iterations.
