• Be the embedded adoption champion of AI systems, answering 'can it do this?' and 'why did it do that?' in person.
• Drive adoption through short trainings, side-by-side walkthroughs, and quick reference notes.
• Track who is using what and where users encounter difficulties.
• Keep deployed tools aligned with real_workflows, mapping and flagging drift early.
• Translate between floor staff and leadership in plain language.
• Operate and lightly extend deployed tools and oversee usage.
• Aggregate analytics from AI apps and escalate when beyond scope.
