U.S. Bank is seeking an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager (AgRM) who will serve as the primary financial advisor and relationship manager for agricultural business clients.

You will develop new business, deepen existing relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, payments, and wealth services. The role requires coordinating resources across the bank, maintaining client relationships, and staying current with industry trends and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Seven+ years in relationship/business/commercial banking, agricultural lending, or related financial services

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and customized solutions for agricultural producers and agribusinesses.
• Analyze client financial performance including cash flow and credit quality and recommend banking solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to structure solutions and manage risk.
• Maintain ownership of client relationships and coordinate referrals.
• Demonstrate expertise in agricultural lending, credit analysis, and risk management.
• Build relationships with centers of influence to expand opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk standards.
