U.S. Bank is seeking an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager to serve as the primary advisor for agricultural clients, developing new relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, payments, deposits, and wealth management.

The role requires strong relationship management, credit analysis ability, and knowledge of agribusiness trends, with an expectation to work from a U.S. Bank location three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Seven+ years of experience in relationship, business, or commercial banking or agricultural lending.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and tailored banking solutions.
• Collaborate with credit underwriting and treasury teams to structure solutions.
• Maintain ownership of client relationships and coordinate across the bank.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and agricultural industry groups.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk standards.
