Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Seven or more years of experience in relationship banking, business banking, commercial banking, agricultural lending, or related field
• Strong knowledge of agricultural lending and risk management practices

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients with opportunities for portfolio growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions
• Analyze client financial performance including cash flow and risk exposure and recommend banking, lending, treasury, and wealth solutions
• Coordinate resources across the bank with credit underwriting, portfolio management, and treasury teams
• Maintain ownership of the client relationship and connect clients with specialists as needed
• Demonstrate expertise in agricultural lending, industry trends, and risk management practices
• Build relationships with centers of influence and agribusiness groups to expand opportunities
