Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial services experience.
• 1+ years formal commercial credit training & experience from a bank or financial institution.
• Strong track record of achieving performance targets.
• Experience in commercial agribusiness and agriculture production clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for clients.
• Drive growth strategy and prospecting; maintain COI network.
• Lead credit processes, underwriting, and risk assessments.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and contribute to team performance.
