Job summary

Konecranes is seeking energetic sales professionals to join our remote sales team. You will manage assigned targets, prepare offers for service agreements, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining CRM activity to meet monthly quotas.

The role emphasizes the ability to work autonomously, understand mechanical and electrical concepts, and build strong customer relationships. A bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred, with at least two years in service sales and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in service-related sales.
• Leadership experience and ability to meet monthly quotas.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Experience with cranes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets for agreements and new opportunities.
• Prepare sales offers for service agreements and other opportunities.
• Identify assets and data for agreement creation; develop competency with tools.
• Support renewals and refer opportunities for other products via CRM.
• Maintain CRM funnel size and log all visits and activity.
