Job summary

SDMC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager IV – Agile, Scrum to lead enterprise IT programs from Philadelphia, PA on a contract basis. You will coach teams in Agile practices, report on KPIs, and develop strategy to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field, PMP or equivalent certification, 10+ years in Agile project management, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Project Management certification is required.
Extensive knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
10+ years of PM experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Coach teams in Agile processes and Scrum practices.
Report KPIs, schedules, resources, and milestone delivery.
Develop the program strategy and high-level project plans.
Ensure integration of projects and manage scope, timing, and budgets.
Deliver IT portfolio projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate across engineering and development teams.
