Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with IT/technical projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programs through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define objectives, milestones, timelines, and priorities aligned with goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and clarify responsibilities and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to guide execution.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership.
• Provide clear progress updates, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Lead multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and delivery focus.
• Foster a collaborative environment with accountability and problem-solving.
• Use JIRA, Trello or similar tools to track milestones and deliverables.
• Support technical initiatives, data programs, system migrations, or financial/healthcare projects.
