Job summary

Smile Digital Health is hiring a Technical Implementations Lead to engage with customers, guide architecture, and oversee delivery of technical solutions built on our healthcare data platform. You will work with core development, product management, solution architecture, and support teams.

You will develop expertise in HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, and XML while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Java and JavaScript development.
• Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git.
• 3+ years designing, developing and delivering software independently and in teams.
• Strong client-facing and collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to support implementation projects and design technical solutions.
• Develop expertise in Smile’s core technologies and standards (HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML).
• Balance multiple projects and escalate requests to leadership when needed.
• Stay current with industry trends to guide client initiatives.
• Collaborate with implementations, service, and account teams to drive profitability of services.
• Support technical analysts and participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to RFIs and RFPs to help secure new business.
• Ensure accurate NetSuite reporting of hours and billable time.
